Grown in secluded mountain areas with extreme temperature fluctuations, this matcha is known for its distinctive and intense umami flavor, enhanced sweetness, and subtle astringency.
The "Tezumi" hand-picking process ensures only the most tender leaves are selected, making this matcha rarely available outside of a tea master's shop in Japan.
